PROPERTIES OF BOILER FUEL COMPOUNDED BY NARROW FUEL FRACTIONS

In order to improve the performance properties, in particular viscosity-temperature, of boiler fuel, it is proposed combine them with narrow fuel fractions obtained by thermal destruction secondary polymer raw materials (low pressure polyethylene and polypropylene).
 When compounding grade 100 oil fractions, values of density are reduced 865 (873) kg / m3, conditional viscosity 2.50 (2.63) deg. um., pour point up 8 (13) °C), sulfur content 0.17 wt%. lower heat combustion increases 43606 (43850) kJ kg. At same time, there a gradual decrease value flash 114 (127) °C.
 This reduction negative point, which leads increased fire safety during its use, storage, pumping transport. However, according requirements regulatory documentation, within acceptable limits. That is, this indicator can limit fractions.
